Delete Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your JFRAI Family Farms OS account and all data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (instant)
- Open the JFRAI Family Farms OS app and sign in
- Go to the More tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your choice — your account and data are erased immediately
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email us at info@jfraifamilyfarms.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We process email requests within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data is erased:
- Your account profile (name, email, farm name, sign-in credentials)
- All crop plans, beds, notes, and calendars
- All photos, seed scans, and images
- All accounting records, invoices, and orders
- All harvest logs, soil tests, and water records
- Messages and marketplace listings
What may be kept, and for how long
We retain no personal data after deletion, with one exception: payment records processed by Stripe (our payment processor) are retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations. These are not accessible through our systems after your account is removed.
